Leaving a review because I couldn't have had a better experience. We looked at dozens of homes and Kyle was always honest with us and what he thought of them. It took a while but we bought the perfect home and we are excited. We're pumped to live here for the rest of our lives. Thanks Kyle.
A true professional in everything he does. In a market where everyone is trying to make a buck, he calms your nerves and makes things easier for you. I was super worried about buying a home but he definitely knows how to relax you. Great service overall.
Selling was a breeze with Kyle Bazylo. He gave me staging ideas and minor issues to fix before we put it on the market. I was pleasantly surprised with what I ended up getting for the house. The extra money helped cover my appliances in my new house. Thank you so much.
I'm a first time home buyer and had no idea where to start. Luckily Kyle guided me through the process on everything I needed to do. He made it very easy as a first time home buyer to get through process. We looked at quite a few houses all over south Winnipeg until I found the one I wanted. We put a bid in an got it much lower than I was expecting.
I chose Kyle as my realtor and he knew exactly what he was doing. I was over anxious and wanted to buy a house and he calmed me pointing out a couple red flags on one of the houses I wanted. Shortly after I found the perfect home thanks to him. Thank you Kyle.
