Naw protect was able to remove an FBM hijacker on my branded listing. I couldn’t go through brand support since my trademark is still pending. Nevertheless, they were able to get rid of them.

I paid for the express and depending on how difficult your hijackers are it may take a little bit of time but Naw protect team delivered on their promise. I will deff use them again. My AMZ listing was hijacked by a Chinese seller. We are the only right owner and distributor since 2020, so we are 100% certain that their products are counterfeits. Our brand is not registered, (if yes, I would not be here to talk about it). I tried all tips: Everyday I sent cease and desist letter for at least 5 days in a row (they completely ignore); I put as many Infringement claims on the report abuse as I could (Amz said to get back in 1-2 business days, they never do); I open at least 4 cases with Seller support to receive useless responses; I talked, I called, got transferred to so many department, ended up with one saying I should fax to Amazon legal department, blah blah. I ordered products from that seller, but I can't wait 30 days (FBM) to have it delivered and do a test buy to show proof with AMZ. I even went at length to put out alert to my customers. Nothing works. The seller is still there to steal our customers, causing damage to our product and brand reputation.

I somehow stumbled on an ad by Naw Protect to remove these hijackers. I wonder why no one mentions about this service before. Of course, I was skeptical.
