I contacted Murray and me as wanted to upgrade the chain on my starlight perfectly imperfect charm. Natalie was absolutely fantastic with quick responses to my questions, photos to help make my decisions and a friendly approach to customer service. I ordered my mini paperclip chain and it was dispatched quickly! The chain is stunning and looks brilliant with my charms. Would definitely recommend and hopefully would purchase from you again in the future.

Beautiful
My necklace is even more beautiful in person. I ordered just before mothers day expecting it to take a few weeks for delivery which I was fine with but within a couple of days it had been sent out for delivery! Outstanding service by Selina & the team as always 💜
