Excellent customer service:) There were some delivery issues caused by Brexit, but everything was quickly solved by the company. Their approach and way of comunication is incredibly customer friendly. I will recommend this shop to everyone:)

Excellent website, always find what I am looking for. I have bought fabric from Stoff & Stil twice and have not been disappointed. I would order fabric well in advance of when you anticipate to need it as I have had to wait for the delivery to come, but that is probably due to the new shipment arrangements. Will be happy to use again.

My order arrived quite promptly in spite of hitting Brexit and Lockdown! The material was securely packaged and each was labeled with; The name of the material, amount ordered and width, material composition, thread colour number, washing instructions and shrinkage expected. Very useful as after washing each piece I was able to re-stick the label back to the material. So far I have used the Organic Cotton Jersey and it is amazingly soft and retains shape well. Held its structure more than I have found in cotton jerseys I used previously. I plan to order more!

Fabulous service always informed and great product will definitely use again

Excellent service! I have been buying from Stoff and Stil for about eight months and find their products are of excellent quality, reasonably priced and delivery fast. This time, post Brexit I was convinced that I was going to be stung with admin fees and duty after reading the horror stories on the BBC but no, Stoff and Stil together with their courier delivered the goods quickly with no extra charges whatsoever. They are UK vat registered which helps but they must also have had their paperwork in order - I am so pleased.

Nicely designed elderflower tablecloth, with repeating pattern that doesn’t require a certain orientation. The colour was a little more gold than I’d imagined.

The cloth itself was a little thinner than I’d have liked, and we therefore expect the tablecloth won’t last as long as previous cloths. It was cheap - but that wasn’t our main consideration.

A moderate increase in price would be appreciated, in order to offset factory costs for producing a better quality cloth.

Postage to the UK was quick - even in the lead-up to Christmas, and during a pandemic, so thank you! But the bag it arrived in was a little on the thin side, and we felt fortunate that no damage had been done by the postal system.

I had cause to call customer services before ordering, and feel compelled to say it was an odd experience, and not conducive to maintaining positive public relations...

I was mightily impressed. DHL refused to deliver to the UK so returned my delivery to origin. Stoff & Stil contacted me immediately and offered options. They sent my order again immediately and it arrived within a couple of days. Nothing seems certain in the age of covid, but it appears this company can be entirely relied on to do as they promised. I will be ordering again and telling chums about them. Despite Brexit.
