Excellent customer service.
Tom really worked with me to put my book together and make it beautiful. His customer service was above and beyond. My granddaughter loves her book.

Three lovely books purchased
Three lovely books purchased. Tom was truly helpful with my picky requests to change certain details. There were a couple billing glitches but that too was resolved with Tom's help.

Resolution 5 stars, Books 10 stars
I am looking forward to receiving the book i ordered for my granddaughter at the end of this month!
After a hiccup or two, I was able to speak with Tom, and we were able to resolve the glitches in the system.
The Selfarama books are delightful and inspiring. They make me want to pick up my paints again.

Minimal to no customer service
I ordered this book and have sent numerous emails asking for help and NO ONE has responded. There is a statement noting it can take 24 hours for a response but I’ve been waiting 72 hours and counting. I’m concerned at this lack of customer service.
March 25, 2025 I received a prompt response after I posted this comment. My issue has been resolved. I’m appreciative and thank Tom.

The communication was super fast & awesome and the shipping was so fast for a customized item. The books are simply beautiful & a wonderful gift for anyone. Our grandchildren love them & all the adults were in tears over the beautiful depictions of the children. Thank you!

Best Gift EVER!!!!!!!!
Oh my goodness! This book is priceless! What a fabulous idea for a young reader. Sparking the desire for the arts combining a child's own picture into the classics we hope to be as inspiring as it is fun! Thank you Selfarama! Best gift ever!
The Company was responsive to my emails, The owner, Tom and I shared the importance of introducing children to famous artists early so that their love for art would last a lifetime. Because it is individualized for each child, it is something they can relate to. The product is beautiful, and all three grandchildren were thrilled with the present.
