Anything I have bought at Self & More has been processed and sent quickly. The quality of the product I bought is wonderful.

Poor customer service
I still haven't recieved my order. it's been over a week if not 2 since I ordered for next day delivery. Have requested a refund a number of times and keep getting told to sit tight and wait. Also not being able to speak to someone on the phone is infuriating.

Huge apologies again for the issue we've had with your order. As I explained, packages are sometimes delayed or lost by Royal Mail - this is infuriating for us as a business as well as for our customers. We have done our best to investigate this with RM for you, but of course this process took slightly longer than usual due to the Jubilee bank holiday weekend.
As discussed via email, I've issued your full refund and I sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience. As a small business we rely on Royal Mail to get orders to our customers, and we understand it's hugely disappointing when they mess this up.
