Product is sub par! Very low quality material probably will crack in the cold. NOT as advertised. Purses look & FEEL cheap yet I paid good money. Make that OVERPAID good hard earned money. Very disappointed. Will never reorder nor recommend.

I do wish that I had access these reviews before I purchased this cross body bag. All the reviews I read on their website were glowing but now I know untrue. False advertising- only holds 4 credit cards, cannot fit lipstick , keys etc and zip closed . Very disappointing.

I saw their ad on Facebook. Decided to order one purse but couldn't. Had to order 2 for price of one. Took a while to receive. Not happy with purchase so sent them an email about returning. Gave me the run around and eventually offered 20% refund and keep. Not interested in keeping. The quality is not leather and doesn't hold all the things the ad says it does. Make sure when you purchase anything it is USA made and shipped in USA.

The wallet received did not match the description. It stated there were 12 card slots, there are only 4, but the way they are done I would say really only two. It states you can put a lipstick in the wallet. This is not true. I have a wallet I’m trying to replace that is brother and it doesn’t fit a lipstick. Their description of the wallet is misleading. Wallet was delivered in a timely manner & regular updates.
However, I chose to return the wallet due to the misleading information & it not meeting my needs. Cost of return is paid by the customer. Now, given the company misleading me in what their product could do they should be responsible for paying the return cost. It’s not like I changed my mind! They mislead me.

Really less than one star. Extremely poor quality purses. NO free returns, even though advertised as such. You must pay for return to Australia (supposedly an US company?)and you must also pay for insurance as per their instructions.
BEWARE…..def a scam company. These purses are probably made in China and cost possibly $1 to make.

I would give a zero if i could! Received my wallet/purses and the smell like they have been stored in a musty basement. Trying to return them and they want me to ship them back to Australia. How can a "USA Based Company" expect me to return the product to Australia. Plus, their website says "Free Returns" but they want me to ship to Australia at my expense (but they will give me a 10% refund if I keep them).

I bought the Selena cross body bag. I couldn't afford the $42 per bag at Xmas I wanted 4. So they had an advertisement on FB for get 2 Selena cross body for the price of 1; so I bought 2. Got my bag so excited to finally get it and my phone couldn't fit into the side made for the phone. If I took my phone case off it would fit but, that was my main reason for purchasing it along with quality. The quality of it is excellent but, I was so let down about the phone thing. I have samsung S22 ultra. The off brand that I ended up getting me and my friends; turned out to be perfect.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Fell into the trap. Not a US brand come from China. They overcharge cause its in US currency. Very poor quality and faulty. No one responds when you request a refund and return label. Do not purchase from Selene the Label!!

After numerous emails to Jade and numerous assurances that my delivery would be delivered as agreed, it has been delivered to the wrong address.
Very disappointing as I had offered to pick it up from the logistical carrier.

I feel in all fairness there should be good reviews as well. Ordered 3 clutches, good communication (email) kept me up to date. Got all three in time for Christmas. Appears reputable, don't care where they are. Good experience--paid with paypal

First, they advertise as a US based company; it is not, it comes from China. Second, at the top of the ad it says free returns. False, they offer 10% off to keep it, or you ship it back at your own expense to Australia! Third, coming from China, shipment is slow. Finally, the quality is not very good.

My dementia suffering 90+ year old Aunt was constantly sent emails promoting the bags and she inadvertently ordered 21 of them. SLT would not accept any returns and refund. their only suggestion was to re-sale privately. These are poor quality items which no-one wants for even £5 let alone the £30 paid each she paid.

This cross body bag has no strap which is on the advert. The quality is poor and I would not have bought this product if I had seen it first.
I would advise anybody to think very carefully before buying this product.

I just received my black and pink cross body bags today, got them BOGO! The black one is crooked where the clasp shuts the front part and the other one is no where near pink, it's an ugly brown/beige color. Not at all impressed. They are cheaply made and the fake leather is cheap looking too. Very disappointed. I rarely buy things online and this is one I wished I hadn't.

I finally received my cross body bags and they are average at best. One of the bags has a missing zipper tooth, so I wonder how long that will last. The straps for the purses are flimsy and I’m not sure would hold much weight of anything in the bags. Overall, this was a complete disappointment with very cheaply made bags that don’t equal any of the hyped ads. I would stay away from this company.

I ordered the STL crossbody clutch. Their Facebook ads states free returns and Canadian based. This is not true!! There odds not free returns and you have to return to an address in Australia!!! The cost to return would exceed the cost of the product. Customer service/support only offers excuse. Their advertising is a clever scam!!!!
