NO PAPERWORK FOR PAYMENT AMOUNT OR DUE DATES??!!
We got funding from Select Funding but we did not receive any paperwork letting us know the terms of the loan, WE HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THE PAYMENTS ARE DUE OR HOW MUCH THE PAYMENTS ARE. NOTHING!!! How are you suppose to work that into your budget????? WE CALLED THE MAN WHO SET UP THE LOAN AND APPARENTLY NOW THAT HE'S GOT HIS COMMISSION HE'S NOT INTERESTED IN RETURNING CALLS OR FORWARDING BACK THE REQUESTED INFO.

Very friendly and professional
Very friendly and professional. I'm not the most trusting person especially in this day and age. They walked me through some of my concerns and I now know that they are worthy of my trust. They even told me that if I ever had a problem with payments or anything else to let them know because they would work with me. When you're trying to keep the business going and someone comes to lend a hand, you take it. Then they say that they won't let your hand slip? You appreciate them. There when I needed them.
