Had our cruise cancelled on the 27th…
Had our cruise cancelled on the 27th December due to flight cancellations and I have still not received my claim. They use AXA who are a waste of space, I get an email every two weeks asking for more information, some of which they already had in December when I first claimed. Just delay tactics!

The process was simple to sign up
The process was simple to sign up for the full year Whole World Travel insurance.
But the proof of the pudding is how they will treat me if there is a claim- hopefully I never have to claim anything as I prefer a stress free life than chasing insurance companies, which also means something has gone wrong with my travels 😁

I found Self and Protect very good and…
I found Self and Protect very good and even thought I didn’t need to claim they kept in touch before and after my trip, Self and Protect were very reasonably priced and I would recommend them to others.

I called in and spoke to a very helpful & polite Lady, your systems were playing up, so she offered to call me back. I did not get a call. I called them back a day later. All sorted. Great cover & a good price.
