Excellent service, delivered as promised!
Fantastic experience working with Selectabase, everything from start to finish run smoothly. Very quick turn around, fingers were on the pulse, never had to chase once! Was hoping for 50 responses to our mailings for our seminar, we are currently at 96 with 2 weeks to go. Will definitely be using again!

Great service and easy to use software
Great service and easy to use software. We're using their TPS screening and you can do it in batches, one number at a time or via their API --- we're using all three. You have a single account to see what you have left and they've been brilliant to work with -- helping us cover urgent gaps and being flexible on billing. Highly recommend!

We have worked with Selectabase for the past few years. I can honestly say the data and speed at which this comes across is second to none.
The online portal is easy to use and have already recommended them to a few of our existing clients.

Selectabase GDPR contact lists
We send a substantial number of email campaigns each month both on our own behalf and for clients and have found selectabase to be the "best of the bunch". We only do B2B but their lists are up-to-date and meet the specs we lay down. The download process is definitely "Best in class". I don't want to overegg it but they have friendly, helpful staff as well. I'm happy to recommend them. Brian. techsb

Poor service
Poor service. Deadline for delivery was not met. Many leaflets were not delivered. Company would not take responsibility for the non-deliveries. Will not use them again.

We are very sorry and disappointed to read your post. We can see that all of the leaflets were delivered as ordered, and detailed door to door tracking reports were provided. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss your order so that we can fully verify your review and respond to any possible concerns.
Unimpressed
We had 455 returned letters as Gone Away and 8 complaints fielded from the recipients. This database was supposed to have integrity as part of Experian. I must say I am unimpressed and will not use Selectabase in future.

James Flashman has provided us with an excellent service over the last 12 months, we have just renewed.
The data we receive is quality and the results are much higher than other companies we have used. We also use their excellent Create and Post service.

We have used Selectabase for a number of years now. We have found James to be extremely helpful in all the intricacies required to get the data as right as required. The data provided has given us a good attendance at our seminars and therefore we don't change the successful action!

Targeted data has meant conversion to sales
For my client base you have to be very careful when using marketing companies but Selectabase has so far delivered.
Due to the targeted nature of the data and being able to work directly with a member of the Selectabase team, I managed to land a high value job abroad in my first 3 months. Since then I have gone on to secure further work and gain a much better understanding of my target market.
I have been working with Selectabase for the past year and will do so for the foreseeable future.
