Professional and efficient service. Fitter was excellent and quality of product.

The removal of an old and installation of a new conservatory was carried out quickly and efficiently by helpful and friendly staff.

From first contact with Jed to showroom visit John (regional manager) we were treated with courtesy in a professional way. No one tried to get us to buy what we didn’t want and there was no hard sell.

We were so pleased with our windows fitted earlier in the year which look fabulous that we came back for more! Patio doors this time. We came back again because we now have smart quality fitted windows and the sales experience and customer service provided by SEHBAC was second to none. We have a quality product and trust that we will be looked after if problems arise as we have a 10 year guarantee in place. Our orders have always been dealt with efficiently and quickly. Stacey, one of the installation administrators, who I spoke with a few times, was also a credit to the company being friendly and helpful. We purchased a door from SEHBAC which we assumed from speaking to the salesman, viewing the doors in chelmsford showroom and the high price point that we would receive a high quality door which is fitted by professionals. Unfortunately this was not the case. We have had nothing but problems from the second the door was installed.... 14 in total. They pre-warn you about 'snagging' issues occurring which is normal and they'll get them fixed. I am a reasonable person and understand issues occur so the odd thing here and there which gets fixed is understandable however 14 issues (so far), 12 from the second it was fitted and a other 2 now 3months down the line.
They have come back to fix the issues by just turning up and not pre-arranging a date and time. Luckily we have been in and the issues have been dealt with to a fashion however we now have scratches on our door where they used a knife to cut a lot of excess silicon off. Fixing the scratches was to use a touch up paint pen very poorly so you can still see scratches and a slightly different shade of paint.
Honestly I could go on and on about the issues but I have wasted so much of my time of this company I am getting fed up giving them more of my time. PLEASE AVOID!

From start to finish everything went smoothly. Ged sold us our windows and doors. Good price and no pushy sales pitch. Very knowledgeable, patient and personable. The surveyor, Colin, was thorough and efficient. Glen and Gavin, the installation team were clean tidy, courteous and Glen made sure I knew how everything worked which was very much appreciated. Even Steve, the installation boss, came round to check I was happy with the whole process. I can't fault my experience with this company and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Stuart the salesman very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing. The surveyor also great. The fitters were very respectful of our property and very clean and tidy. Dealing with the office was a treat the people couldn't have been more caring and helpful. A big thank you to you all.

We love that Ged sold us our windows about 25 years ago and they are still going strong. He also helped us choose a front door 12 years ago and has just helped us again with a new door (nothing wrong with the old one).

My Windows were fitted on Tuesday the 20th May & I am extremely pleased with them. As I said before ..

Very helpful sales and office personnel. Door was built, delivered and fitted on time. There were a couple of parts that were wrong but these were fixed very quickly. Overall very satisfied with the job.

The entire experience with the company has been really positive from start to finish. Initially I had so many questions and after the salesman coming to our home and a couple of visits to the showroom we can up with a design I'm delighted with. I feel everything was seamless, despite all my concerns about difficult access to our terraced house. The fitters were excellent, polite, neat and tidy and they have done a fantastic job. I'm so pleased I chose this company.
