Helpful and courteous staff, I was treated with the utmost respect, which is sadly not too common.

Technicians were respectful, pleasant and knowledgable. They made sure I understood how the equipment worked before I left.
When I got home if I ever I had a question or problem and I rang the support line, it was answered quickly, I was listened to and my questions answered and problem solved. I felt supported all through my testing period.

The clinician made me feel comfortable when setting me up for my monitoring. She answered all of my questions clearly and gave detailed instructions on what was required at home.
The support at home was prompt and the technician knew exactly what was occurring.
Although the apparatus felt uncomfortable at times it did not impact me too much.

They where where great with my child and quick in results.

Lovely staff- very welcoming.
Super easy to follow instructions and “comfortable” equipment (well, as comfortable as an at-home sleep study with electrodes on your head can be).

The information provided before the test was accurate and helpful. I rang a few times for extra information and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
The premises in Alexandria were convenient and comfortable. The technology is amazing.

Communication was great. Easy support and lovely admin team.
Only issue was removal of electrodes... with long curly hair I really struggled on my own. (Husband at work).. I would of loved the option or support/ help to remove back at office with a sink/ hair basin etc as took me over 1 hour, alot of hair got pulled out and a whole lot of stress and tears... honestly the removal was horrible, very hard and only issue.

When Seer initially contacted us on the phone about the 4 day EEG, the process seemed like it would be overwhelming and complicated. But when we went in for the consultation and fitting, they were very helpful and ensured we went home knowing what to do, and who to contact if there were any issues. The videos were self-explanatory too. The office is right near the train station, or there is parking under the building (one spot for the scheduled Seer patient), so it's pretty convenient too. My son was happy enough with the equipment and process. No problems here.

I think everything went well for me. the only small problem I had was getting information about where and when I had to go for my appointment. Solved in the end.

Somewhat surprising , the technician that fitted the ensemble , was finishing on the day , literally , moving on . We received notification to reapply sticky to the probes . There was no one at the Canberra site , when we returned the equipment . So overall , input from the supplier side was limited to fitting the equipment . It was really difficult getting the gum out of the hair , took 3 goes to get it all . That was the only annoyance from the week , despite the gear being cumbersome and intrusive .

My wife was embarking on the unknown but was reassured all the way and set at ease. Finally removing all the "gue" was a bit of a problem.

Great help & monitoring & setup covered for all potential issues, along with great phone support.
It made the best of an unpleasant experience - great job Seer.
