RayBan lense replacements.
I own a pair of RayBan Justin mirrored sunglasses that had scratched lenses. I emailed the model, style, and size of the frames, and the new lenses were mailed back in a very timely fashion. When they were installed in the frames, the lenses were a bit loose due to a difference in thicknesses. But when I informed Seek Optics, Ashley in Customer Service responded the following day sending a responding email apologizing for the confusion, and immediately had new lenses made that would better fit the frames. Since then I’ve received the new replacement lenses and they fit perfectly in the frames. Even the mirroring is an exact match on the new lenses.
I’m not sure as to why some individuals have given Seek Optics a low rating. Whenever issues arise, you simply need to explain your issue to customer service, and they will accommodate very quickly.
Listen, we’re all human, and we all can make mistakes. But what separates a good company from a bad one is prompt, fair, and effective positive customer service. I give Seek Optics a 5-Star rating for this reason.
