No product and no customer service
Placed an order with “next day delivery” postage paid. 4 days later no progress with order and no response from their email or the Shop app. I will never use this company again.

Great balls, awful delivery and customer service
The balls are great. The extremely long lead times and lack of any kind of response in any decent timeframe is not great. I've only ordered once from them where they were supposedly in stock, only to then finally receive the balls 3 weeks later.
The website now says that the balls will arrive in February and yet I'm getting adverts for the balls .... who wants to wait 7 months for balls to arrive!
It is a pity because I did like the SD01 YellowAF balls that I had, however due to a newly developed slice the past tense is now accurate and I'm not about to trust Seed to deliver more.

Their Marketing is good but sadly this is a fraudulent company. They take money from consumers but no product follows. If you go through the positive reviews, they are clearly fake as well. Avoid at all costs.
