This scam company I discovered is located in China though the website shows Belgium. March 7th I ordered the Mazing Egg Lathe to decorate Easter Eggs with my Grand daughter. I emailed seed-hill several days before Easter to cancel the order after receiving tracking updates that showed the item was in Customs! The item was delivered the day AFTER EASTER. They offered me $3 usd since return shipping was not cost-effective they said. I refused their offer & demanded a full refund since the item didn't arrive before Easter. PayPal tells me since this was a guest purchase order with them & the item arrived after Easter I will get a full refund. We will see how this turns out. If a full refund doesn't materialize I will then dispute the charge through my credit card company. DON'T BUY ANYTHING through SEED-HILL.COM ! I have learned my lesson, take the time to read reviews BEFORE placing an order.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! From my own experience, don't go there. The website looks professional & appears to have clearly laid policies however when you try to enforce any of them, you are sent round in circles. Their cancellation policy states orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. I tried to cancel my order within half an hour of placing it & contacted them prior to shipment yet my message was not picked up until 24 hours later by which stage they informed me the item had already shipped. I am now stuck with an item I did not want & am struggling to get a refund. The returns section on the website has no return address & doesn't provide details on how to contact their customer services. When you send an email to their support team, the link in the automated response takes you to their Customer Service System which then throws a confusing error message.

Boy do I wish I had seen this website to see if Seed-Hill was legit. I stupidly order over $100 worth of Easter Egg decorators for my grandkids. A week before Easter and even after I’ve been trying to check on my order and no one has responded. I think I’ve send 6 emails and never hear back. I want a refund immediately if this company is actually real.

Follow Up to my March 1st order. I finally received the 3 egg dying kits the day before Easter March 30th. It did not allow me time to ship to my grandchildren. No notification this was an international company until shipping update told me it was stuck in Italy customs! I asked for a refund as there was no way it would arrive on time. They refused and just continued to send me robotic responses to links that did not work. Never again will I fall for anything this company sells.

Ordered an item for Easter in late February and kept checking on the status and emailing them. Not getting anywhere and always the same kind of recorded message. Asks to contact seller but directs you to a page that isn't there. I fell for the scam. And I should have known better than to trust any AD over Facebook but this egg spinner thing looked too cool not to get. Well, so much that got me. My kids won't get to experience this cool item because they want to rip people off. And to ask for a refund is apparently out of question since I'm not getting any response from an actual person. What a waste of my time, energy and money.

It finally arrived 2 weeks after it was supposed to arrive. It's worth about $8.00......DO NOT pay $34

DO NOT order anything from this unreliable company!! Ordered 5 weeks ago, states shipping within 7 days..Tracking has gone around the world and still stuck in customs.!! NEVER AGAIN!!

International Company that does not alert you to this fact. I ordered egg decorators for Easter over 6 weeks ago and they are still stuck in customs! Their customer support is non existent and they give you robotic replies. They should be reported to BBB. Do NOT use this company!

I ordered two of the egg dye machines and did not receive markers that are suppose to be included! Very disappointing! 😡

Very bad customer relations. Product took two months to come and did not fit/work properly on my pets. Requested to return for refund and after several back and forth emails was never given the option to return because “postage to return would be very expensive” according to them. Paid $69.95 and was offered a refund of $6, $7 and final offer of $10 refund! Are you serious?????? BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

In their advertising they show special clips and hooks to attach the decoration to the garage door. The state that they supply an installation kit and show a video of installation. All they supplied were hooks with pins for plaster, cement or wood, you can't use on a garage door. The material the decoration is made of is like a super cheap polyester duvet cover - not suitable for being outside and the colors/detail were quite different to the photo.

I emailed a complaint and sent pictures and was effectively ignored.

DO NOT purchase from these people, they are clearly using images from other websites and do not provide what they say is included. Complete rip off!

The reviews on their website are clearly fake - it climbed by 500 in a few hours and they are all 5 star. I have posted a 1 star review and they have not published it.

No help or assistance regarding undelivered order.

I ordered a garage door Christmas decoration. In their advertising they show special clips and elasticized hooks to attach the decoration to the garage door. They actually state that they supply an installation kit. Well what I got was the large banner to cover my garage door and they supplied 6 small picture hooks that attach to plaster or cement rendered walls. The hooks have three pin like spikes which you would normally hammer into the plaster or cement covering a wall. You cannot use these hooks on a garage door in anyway whatsoever.

I complained online and sent a photo of what I received, as requested, and I got a response back saying I had received the correct items.

Do not believe these people as they deliberately use false and misleading advertising to say that it’s easy to install and that you are supplied with an installation kit. You are not and then they refuse to supply what is promised! They are just crooks. DO NOT buy any Christmas garage door decorations because you won’t be able to install it. Just pathetic!!!
