At first my order was canceled
At first my order was canceled, then when I called to straighten it out, they mailed me a handle, I paid 170 for a handle. Now I have a customer that is not happy with me due to their experience. Not happy at all I will be sending back and not using this company ever again.

Hello Shawn Harris. Was there something wrong with the product? The item you ordered specifies clearly that it is just the handle replacement. The complete lockset is a different item. Please call us and we can assist you.

Needed a new lock for my 90 year old mother-in-law’s security door , received lock in a few days. Lock went together very well, which I thought would be a bear to get together. Works great.
