I unfortunately had the front door key snap in the lock as I was going to leave the house last week. As I was locked in rather than locked out I was able to use my back door instead but still needed a locksmith to come and have a look within a few days.
I have never needed a locksmith before and was wary about what company I could trust with my home
security.
Mirek had received good reviews so I gave him a call directly using the mobile number on his website and a friendly voice answered very quickly. I explained the problem and organised a time for the Monday for him to come out and have a look and he gave me an estimate for the part and labour.
Mirek turned up punctually, explained what he did at every stage, fixed the problem without actually needing any parts, the labour was exactly what he had quoted and I was offered an invoice (although I didn’t actually need one as it was a simple job and I was happy with the work, but I appreciated that it was offered without me having to ask).
I am very happy to say that if I needed a locksmith again Mirek is the one I would call, and I would be happy to recommend him to anyone (as a woman who was home on her own when the work was done I think it is important to be able to trust your workmen so I am happy to be able to recommend Mirek for the work he did).

I cannot recommend Secure Smart Locks Ltd enough. Had front door lock changed and uPVC window handle and lock replaced. Mirek turned up at the agreed time, completed the job within less than an hour in a professional and clean manner. Overall the service received was outstanding. Excellent service by Mirek. I would highly recommend him. Great work at a reasonable price. He knows his stuff and wil explain what has gone wrong with your lock or door. Our mechanism had broken and he sorted this very quickly - replacement. More than happy to get him again if needed. Just call him if you have a problem. Smashing service. Can't fault him. I locked myself out on a Friday night and was struggling to find a locksmith but thankfully this gent Mirek was less than an hour wait and did a great job.

Had the back door stop locking been problematic for a while but I ignored it but it finally broke. so the house was not secure.
Got in touch I sent over a picture of the door and a brief description of the problem. The lock smith came straight round very polite and professional. Shoes off when he came in. Amazingly he had made an assessment off the pictures I sent and had already acquired the parts replaced part of the mechanical mechanism showed me the faulty part preventing the door from locking. Realigned the door. I thought I needed a new door the way it was but when he left 45 minutes after his arrival it literally was like new one. Couldn’t be happier, great guy who really knows what he’s doing. Thank you
