Over priced ripoff. Their products are terrible. Skimpy registry books, just a few pages in each one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Placed a rush order on Jan 14th, and was notified that additional info was needed from my bank (which I forwarded immediately)
Spent approximately 10 days (and numerous hours on hold) trying to reach someone to check status, as well as contacting by email. Today (March 9th) I FINALLLY got through to a customer service agent, who informed me that my order had been canceled (with no reason given)
The checks were never received
The checks were never received. You can ask for support and the auto confirm advises they will get back to you within 24 hours, but never do. This is a scam business I think.

I filled out the online reorder form, then decided to go back and add fraud protection. I got an error message telling me to push a button to return to my order. No button. I tried to return to the order. I was given an 800 number answered by an unhelpful robot. I've order from CITM for years, but I'm going elsewhere.
They charge for handling!
This company overcharges for everything and they don't tell you about the handling charges until after you've paid. Who charges for handling anymore, even after you have overcharged for shipping and take 3 weeks to ship anything. Stay away from this company
Shipping takes forever
I tried a small order of checks to test them out. The ordering process fine, and the price is low if you use standard shipping. The problem with their standard shipping is that it takes forever. My order took 16 days to arrive. It looks like this company is set up to make their money on shipping charges if you do not want to wait 16 days and if you want tracking. Requesting a decent shipping option would have doubled the cost of my order. It looks like they use Harland Clarke to actually print the checks because that name was on the address label. Many of the reviews here are from people who seemed to have problems with their order. My order was fine, just slow.

I was double charged for my order of checks. I have been calling them for the last 3 months about my refund. Each time I am told that the refund will be mailed to me. I am still waiting!

so if they supplied checks as they did in the past, there wouldn't have been a problem. but no, they have downsized your orders from 200ct to 80ct. no warning. i used to get a book of 5 sheaths of checks but this time only 2 . bad business! after reading the complaints i suspect they will be gone shortly. i'm done. will find another supplier. glen

I have been using this company for 30+…
I have been using this company for 30+ years and have never had a issue, until now! Received my order and 1 package was missing, so I called and was on hold for over a hour! When I finally had someone on the line they said I had to wait till 6/2/2025 because that was the estimated delivery date. Today 6/6/2025 I called to let them know the checks were still not here. I was told I needed to wait till 6/15/2025 because that was the expected delivery date! That did not end well! They could not tell me were the missing 80 checks were and I should probably call my credit union to stop payment on those 80 checks! Called the credit union and was told I would have to close my account and open a new account to be safe because of course all my info is printed on the checks! I will never use Checks in the mail again!!
This company has become terrible
This company has become terrible! I waited on hold one hour and forty five minutes. No one answers your call; I emailed them twice and no response. I have a problem with my order. I’ve been using checks in the mail for at least 15 years with no problems. What has happened to their customer service? I’m shocked and horrified and I will never use this company again for my checks. Sad and pitiful how low they have become.

Would have given a "0" if available. There site has been having issues, instead of warning customers, they take orders, payment, but never acknowledge order. Believe this is a fraudulent site....stay away.
Rude Customer Service
I ordered checks and received an email saying I entered the wrong routing or checking number, which I know I didn't because I checked it many times before placing the order. I called customer service and talked to one of the most unprofessional rude agents I have spoken too. She was of no help at all.

Terrible, terrible customer service
I've been ordering for quite awhile, but now it's impossible to talk to a representative. I tried their automated and it was impossible. These are business checks, so I will get them at the bank. They'll be more expensive, but it's worth it.
Be warned, not the same quality as before!
Does not have the quality it did in years past. I was told they changed printers. But not for the better. Have been using for YEARS (business account) and on this last reorder the imprint was so small you couldn't hardly read it. Contacted CITM and they said since they changed printers (aren't they supposed to be the printers) "the font you chose was not supported" as if it were my fault. Its there font! They reprinted but the checks aren't perforated enough so it tears the next check. So, I am about to throw these away and just order elsewhere.
No more quality to these products
So disappointed in the quality of return address labels Several years I bought some that were beautiful and obviously great quality. Those days are gone

Checks never came
The service was very slow and my original order never arrived. When contacted, they created a new order starting with higher numbers. I then had to notify my bank not to honor the checks I did not receive.
Helped me out of a bind
Placed an order and after not receiving in a week I looked at my order and realized I had given them an old address. After explaining what happed they reordered them for me and I was not billed for the second order even though it was my fault. Got them in record time. Thank you for helping me.
