Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company. I have called them, emailed multiple people and sent proof that I am not associated with who they are trying to contact to get an invoice resolved. They have sent so many emails to my inbox. They acquired an IT company and took all their customers. Even though I was off that companies mailing list, this company still emails me. I have sent them a papertrail of proof from the company they acquired that I am not associated with who they want money from. I have called them and it goes straight to voicemail. I have replied back to the email they tell you to, I have CC'd 3 other people in that email and I have yet to be contacted back. All I get are more invoice requests.... zero stars. Terrible customer service. Would hate to be one of their customers and actually have an IT issue as you wouldn't be able to get ahold of anyone...
