Ordered and paid for a dress 4-5 weeks ago. Nothing has arrived. Messaged them yesterday and the reply was that the situation was understood and a human would contact me. That was 24 hours ago. Disgusting customer service! Can’t be trusted. I doubt I’ll see the dress or a refund 🤬
Thought I'd add a review here as so far its not indicative of the user experience. As a user of section store I highly recommend the app because it does deliver good add-ons for your Shopify store at a reasonable price.
You can install the app for free, browse free items or purchase items. The key thing here is that the sections you buy are pay once own forever. This makes it GREAT VALUE over other apps. The sections look great and there is a large selection to choose from to improve your shopify store.
Its fairly easy to use
As a part of their affiliate program, it sucks how trash is their support. It's been 10-12 days & I haven't received my payment from them.
Their support is not even replying to my emails.
BE CAREFUL FOLKS.....
I ordered two jumpers which were “nothing” like the picture on the site … they were beyond atrocious .. I wouldn't have worn them to bed !!
I also ordered a few kitchen gadgets cheap and fine !
The only positive outcome was I got an immediate refund … but avoid this site for clothes unless they change their supplier as what you see is not what you get ……!!
