My withdrawal not received.
Email received from sec markets at 2025-11-07 that your withdraw approved but payment not received in wallet.
Tried several times to contact with support
Sent emails and open tickets but they're not replying

It is hard to contact them. I have been trying to contact them a multiple times as I could not withdraw my funds and there is no response at all. The contact number on their website does not work and it is marked as a spam. Crypto withdrawal supposed to be done in two working days, and I am waiting for ages to have it done.

BIG BIB BIG scammer i make it 1000$ deposit and making just 742$ profit after that i put my withdrawal they said your trading activity is not Good you doing something wrong and they hold my orignal money and stop withdrawal

I am extremely disappointed with my experience on this platform. I engaged in normal trading, yet I was met with unfair assumptions about my activities. This has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with how my account was handled.

As a result, I decided to close my account 14018 and requested a refund. The lack of support and professionalism has been incredibly disappointing, and I would caution anyone thinking of using this service. It’s clear to me that they do not prioritize customer satisfaction or fair treatment.

I would not recommend this platform to anyone, as my experience has been a major letdown.

I have tried to contact them several times on multiple occasions and have received no response at all. I am very disappointed.
