seawaterpro.com Recensioni

Sea Water Pro is always helpful and efficient. Ordered a new membrane and had it in 48 hours.

We discovered this company at the Annapolis Boat show this year (2022) We were very excited about purchasing one of their portable water makers. Because of some supply issues and timing on our part (we were leaving for the Bahamas) we were unable to get the unit with the new motor. The one thing we were surprised about; we had to chase them down to buy one of their portable water makers. We sent a few emails, called them and even showed up at the warehouse. Usually it's the company hounding you to buy their product. When we finally did get our portable water maker we were given a quick introduction to the unit and sent on our way without any reference material. We were told every thing we needed was online and they were there any time we needed support. We wish we would have received some reference material to review with the unit.

As advertised. Quick delivery. Fair price.
Mike answered the phone when I called.

Very helpful. I like the system very easy and good price

I received the item promptly and it is a quality part.

I couldn’t believe how fast they got my order out and how easy it is to do business with seawater pro thank you for the awesome customer service

Unit was shipped and arrived within a very short time frame as promised. Missing o-ring hampered our install, but replacement was shipped out and arrived overnight. Now producing amazing water in the Antilles!

Great service, quality and great prices.

I ordered 2 parts from Mike and it arrived the next day...but the carrier only delivered 1. I waited a few days later to call him back hoping the one missing part would show up but never did.
I was talking to him on the phone and told him the situation and he called out to one of his workers and told him to get this order out TODAY. In about an hour after our conversation I saw an email that my order had been processed and a short time later I received a shipment confirmation.
Got said part next day.
The crew from SV BOOBY TRAP is very happy with the quick and responsive service from SEAWATER PRO.
Thanks again Mike,
Ellis and Lisa Temple

Michael, was GREAT he answered any questions we had and we received anything additional we needed very quickly. He was a pleasure to work with. Oh... And the system works GREAT!!!!

Mike took the time to call me and discuss my issues

Hi,
Well, I only gave ypu 4 stars because I orders a part and paid $38 for 2 day delivery. But, I wasn't informed that the part was put of stock. I was sent a prompt email after I inquired about the part. The way things are I understand about things being out of stock. But, it would have been help if it said that when I ordered it or if I was notified. Otherwise, everything is great. Just being truthful. Thank you. Love the water mater. Excited to get it running again when I get the booster pump. Derek

Great employees, great owner !

Quick service and shipping. Good replacement booster pump - the original was a bit weak.

Outstanding service!

They are specialized in water makers and they definitely know what they are doing. Very good quality materials and great customer service.

The only hiccup was a missing hose. A quick email and the part was overnight express to my location.
Using the system now and seems to be working well. Thanks.
