I have just put on my new pair of the Baja model. This is my 4th pair and the fit is completely different. The new pair is much larger at the same stated size as the others. I didn't try them on when I received them because I HAD come to trust the brand. I've missed my return window and am stuck with shoes that don't fit. I ordered these because of consistency. This is the second problem I've had with this company recently. They've changed and I'VE MOVED ON. See ya Seevees...

Ordered a pair of shoes I was really excited about and they sent me some random pair of white sneakers. When I have tried to contact customer service they have been strangely elusive. Trading through the review it seems they have done this to many other as well. Don’t buy here! Not worth the headache.

Seavees has no customer service. It’s pathetic. No one answers the phone. They won’t reply to emails. Shop somewhere else.

I ordered my husband boots for Christmas on sale for $140. Package arrived before Christmas however they sent the wrong item, a pair of white womens sneakers. I wasn’t able to gift my husband his Christmas gift due to their mistake. I reached out twice to customer service in hopes that they’d make right on their mistake. They never apologized for the inconvenience and now the boots I order are out of stock and back to the full price of $175. They gave me a 15% off coupon on one full price item. Which would make me pay more to replace their mistake. Super unhappy with the lack of support!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes in early December and it’s now Christmas and never received them. I filled a charge back with my credit card processor.

Wish I could give 0 stars, specifically for their customer support. I ordered a pair of shoes in November and it said they arrived December 4th. Well, I never got them and Seavees has been no help. I emailed them and they told me to wait and see if they came in. After a week, I followed up and never heard anything. I’ve now followed up 4 times and created 3 separate tickets with them and haven’t heard back. Looks like I’ll be filing a chargeback with my bank since I never received my $175 shoes and can’t get a hold of anyone there

Buyer beware I think SeaVees are circling the drain and trying to maximize cash flows before they go belly up...I placed my order a month ago and it still hasnt shipped...I sent an email to customer service and they said they were looking into it but every email is a 5 day response time and there is no option to call and speak to a human being . ...And still no update on my order ...they just said the warehouse is looking into shipping a replacement even though it is clear from the tracking info that my order never shipped.

12 days after placing an order, still yet to ship. Tried contacting their email support 4 days ago and still no reply.

The shoes did not fit. I am trying to return them and they are charging me 20 dollars for the return. Do not shop here

Just the worst ...
Their shoes fell apart in 2 weeks. I tried contacting them via their customer service email address, but they never responded.

I bought my husband seavees just over a year ago. I reached out to seaveea and have yet to receive a response. For $170 the boots should not have fallen apart already. Rubber is coming off of the boot. Inside the boot has holes and the rubber bends and digs in to his ankle.

I have fallen in love with the Seavees shoe brand. Most of their styles neatly cut the difference between sneakers and casual shoes — especially the Hermosa model. These shoes are super comfortable and have great support.
