SeatGig Platform was really easy to use, but found the same ticket on the other platform at a cheap price. Not always the best deal as you wish for.

Booked tickets for the Theatre Show and everything worked fine. But the Seats highlighted as the perfect view ended up blocking the front seat audience. A bit disappointing.

Got my tickets eventually but the confirmation email was a bit delayed. It really started giving me panic attacks until the support replied. It worked out but not as smoothly as I was hoping for.

Used SeatGig for a theater show
Used SeatGig for a theater show. The platform worked okay and the tickets arrived on time. However, the seating map was a bit confusing, and we didn’t realize our view would be partially blocked. It worked, but not quite what we expected.

The prices were fair and the seats were as expected. I just wish the checkout process was a bit faster. Overall, it worked fine.

The ticket buying process was okay, but the page took a while to load and I had to refresh a few times. I still got my tickets and had a great time at the event.
