I received no reply to my non- generic…
I received no reply to my non- generic enquiry regarding practical advice. The reply to my booking request took about 3 days,which I feel should be quicker. Otherwise it is a helpful service.

Stornorückerstattung
Nach anfänglichen Rückerstattungsproblemen, die sich durch den Weggang eines Mitarbeiters ergeben haben, hat sich nun doch noch alles geklärt.
Da das ganze sich leider über 4 Monate hingezogen hat... kann ich keine 5 Sterne vergeben, aber letztendlich habe ich statt der 80% die kompletten 100% erstattet bekommen + einem 10% Gutschein. Was ich sehr nett fand! Vielen Dank dafür!

zuerst einmal danke, dass du dir Zeit genommen hast um uns Feedback zugeben. Dein Fall hat mich erschrocken und tut mir auch sehr leid, dass du diese Erfahrung gemacht hast. Wir haben gerade recherchiert und gesehen, dass der Service Mitarbeiter welcher diesen Fall verwaltet hat nicht mehr bei uns arbeitet. Natürlich ist das keine Entschuldigung und wir werden den Fall gleich aufarbeiten und uns bei dir diesbezüglich nochmal melden.
Die Rückerstattung der vollen 100% der Buchung habe ich gerade bei unserer Bank in Auftrag gegeben - diese kann 5-10 Tage dauern bis sie auf deinem Konto aufscheint.

When this happens, the refund is active immediately and usually should be received on your account or credit card within 2 working days.

We made a reservation through the Seasy. It was easy, quick, and comfortable. Be ready to add whole details about the boat, the length, drought, and wide. We came to the port late, but everything was OK. Fortunately, at this time, not many boats were in the Rab.

Scammed on reserving a berthing place
We tried to reserve a berthing place at vis island 2 days in advance because of lots of wind being predicted. Seasy.at accepted our reservation and told us the marina knew about us. By the time we arrived at the harbour there was no place left and they did not know about our reservation. Because the wind was already picking up we had no where else to go. Luckily we found a mooring but this could have been an extremely dangerous situation all because this website isn’t trustworthy.
