Lack of communication, messages ignored and no respect for potential new candidates. Tom Boone originally spoke to me, then heard nothing. Had a message from Dionne Jackson on Linked In. Spoke with Dionne on the telephone, nice enough but then completely ignored my messages to her on Linked In asking where the profile for the job advertised was up to. Really poor communication!

Jody is v organised and supportive. She has always been available to help me with any queries and has been patient with my questions, often going beyond what’s required of her to help me with my timesheets etc.

Search Consultancy are brilliant, they helped me find employment within two days. My consultant Jody Vickers is excellent at her job, quick responses, really helpful and deals with my queries at a reasonable time frame. It's been a pleasure working with Search Consultancy and I would recommend if you are seeking employment to register with them.

When I joined Search, my consultant was Jody Vickers. I just joined and sent my CV over as I was made redundant at my old work so I was looking for another job pretty quickly and I was so surprised when I got a call from Jody within days. Jody found me somewhere to temp for 3 months and during the it, she was amazing and super supportive. She checked on me all the time and made sure everything was ok - not just to do with work but personally too. Payments were made on time and if there were any issues, I was able to let Jody know and she'd sort it out straight away so a payment wasn't missed. if it wasn't for Jody and Search, I wouldn't have found myself working permanently with the company I started with :)

Kate Norman was my recruiter.

The communication with my recruiter was honestly great. Kate was in constant contact with me throughout every step of the way. Whether it be via email or telephone. She went above and beyond in helping me procure the job especially with helping me with the interview and even afterwards where she checked in to see how my first few days were going. The services exceeded my expectations and I will most definitely recommend Kate. I am overjoyed and I would be honoured to work with Kate in the future.

My recruiter was Kate Norman from the Manchester branch. It's impossible to overstate the quality of support I received from her during my time with Search! She is absolutely fantastic!

Kate secured my initial interview and stayed with me throughout, she could not have done more to assist during my journey from temp to my eventual permanent position. She was there whenever I needed her and checked-in with me regularly over a period of four months to ensure that everything was going well for me. All communication with Kate was easy and reassuring.

I would recommend Kate and Search to all looking for unwavering support during what can often be a highly stressful experience. I was genuinely upset to be leaving her!

Raya Verdi was fantastic from start to finish during my job search. She was the only one that believed in me, in my career change, when other recruiters were just ignoring my resume and were going for the easy choice. Her enthusiasm and encouragement were incredibly helpful and she was always on hand for updates and tips. She knew exactly what I was looking for in my job search and that is showing from the positive results I got from my first ever interview in the industry I was interested in. She made the process so much easier and I couldn't recommend her enough.

Finding a new job has got to be one of the most stressful situations to be in. Thomas Boone took all that stress away instantly from the first conversation with him. I can't say enough great things about him! From the beginning of the process, to his knowledge of the company I was applying to and his help with the interview process and to when I got the job. I was given great support for my application. Jody kept me informed and rang me regularly to check on my progress and follow up at key stages. It felt like I had someone looking out for me during the process. I was successful in getting the position I had wanted in a couple of weeks.

Words cannot describe the amazing experience I have had with Search. Especially with Jody Vickers. She always made sure to check up with me every time I started a job to see if everything was ok or if I was enjoying the job.
I gave her my requirements for a job and she always tried her best to match me with the best employers.
She also made sure to contact me a week before my final day from a temporary role to confirm my requirements so she can match me with potential employees as soon as I finished my role at the time, that way I start another role straight away without a break in employment.
So thank you Jody Vickers and everyone at Search Consultancy for your amazing service.
