Goods arrived and all good

Goods arrived on second delivery (first guy went to wrong house, but easy done so I don't blame him - it's confusing where I live). Neighbour collected them for me from safe place, so will collect them myself when I see them. Great news - can clean my garden room windows now. Thank you !

Got off to a slow start with these guys…

Got off to a slow start with these guys BUT they came really good in the end.
Best prices for Soudal Fixal, and did a next day delivery through DPD after initial delay. Very pleased with final outcome and would not hesitate to use their services in future. Thank you.

3 week order delay, ignored emails no refund

Placed an order for 7 x silicone 4 Feb 24. By 12 I had queries saying I needed to cancel as they never turned up. No reply, but 3 weeks later they appeared. No response to email. Could not get through to them via website phone number so I had to find the company source name and call them direct. I spoke with a lady who said this wasnt acceptable and she would sort out a refund, an call me back the next day as the person she needed to speak with was on holiday....as if! Never called me back.

I separately sent an email from another address saying I would like to place a large order an needed some support. This was responded to immediately.

Just goes to show you can tell when being ignored. As a trade customer, I have taken my large order elsewhere. Was it really worth messing me about!
