Shocking Packaging/Customer Service
Items arrived completely destroyed as no packaging, all just chucked into box - contained toxic materials so had to dispose. Now refusing a refund. Customer services very unhelpful and useless.

Won't refund broken items
Ordered 22 tubes of sealant. 9 arrived in broken tubes, dryed out and unusable. Now they have stopped replying to my emails and haven't refunded me.
Follow up. They eventually refunded me after chasing them up
