Unreliable and inefficient service. I paid for the Star Plus package, but it didn’t work on my laptop, which made it difficult to fully use the 8 GB allowance on my phone—I ended up using only half. Even the reception staff were unable to resolve the issue, and despite this, my request for a partial or full refund was refused.

I would not recommend this service. It’s better to download what you need before boarding the ferry rather than purchasing their packages

Scam! Disgusting scammers! Avoid them at all costs. Paid 7 euros for their wifi package on a ferry from Rome to Palermo. It was valid for 24 hours but they end my use after 2! Scam! scammers!

Unser 14.99 Euro-Package auf einer Corsica Ferries Reise nach Mallorca funktionierte nicht, so wie bei vielen anderen Gästen auch nicht. Wir reklamierten und bekamen zu hören, dass wir sogar mit einem 2. Gerät versucht hätten einzuloggen. Ja logisch, wenn's nicht funktioniert! Als Refund gab's nichts, ausser dieser doofen Antwort. Verschwendetes Geld!
