My order $694 subscription order arrived spoiled.
There has been no resolution.
I have made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly with the owner Dave, who has been corresponding with me via email. He has not issued a refund and has delayed continuously, despite me following their posted company policy with perfect compliance on how customers should handle orders that arrive spoiled.
They instruct customers to discard product that arrives warm, and I am being denied a refund for complying with their own written instructions.
I have documented this situation thoroughly and have been more than amicable in giving them an opportunity to resolve this before taking legal action.
If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue other available remedies, including initiating a chargeback with my financial institution, filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office, and pursuing recovery through the courts if it comes down to it.
It is extremely disappointing and concerning that it has come down to this, but I will go through the courts if necessary be made whole. This is a very unfair situation that the owner is aware of and still has not issued a refund for. I simply want to recover the funds I spent on this order that they did not deliver in usable condition.

Ordered for the first time a package called 7 fishes and some additional shrimp and scallops. The fish arrived well packed and there was still dry ice in the package. The first package of Cod that I opened, one of them smelled very bad and I chose not to eat it. The company did quickly respond and refunded my money for that part of the order. The next fish I chose, a Maine Redfish, had a huge piece of ice surrounding the fish in the inner package. When thawed, it smelled ok, but when I tried cooking it, the texture was not tight and the fish was mushy, so I tossed that too. Again, the company did stand behind their product however after these two experiences, I will not order again.
I already receive a subscription from them but added another as a Christmas present. I got a ton or marketing emails about the deadline to order for the package to come by Christmas. So I made sure to order within the window. It is the 29th and the package has still not arrived, and I haven’t even gotten a tracking number yet. I reached out to customer service and they pretty much just said sorry. I stated that a sorry isn’t the service I am looking for and to escalate my concern and the guy “Dave” said he’s the only one working customer service. The fish, if it gets delivered, is good. But if you have any issue at all, don’t expect any help.
The taste and quality of this wild-caught fish are far superior to any grocery store fish. Excellent customer service too! I was so impressed that I now have a monthly subscription for their salmon and halibut. A total game-changer!
The fish I purchased from them was very fish smelling and did not taste good. They also automatically sign you up for a subscription and make it difficult to cancel.

I'm 2 years into using Sea to Table and continue to be a very satisfied customer. I felt compelled to update this review to acknowledge the ease of ordering and skipping deliveries. Today I went to their website to skip my next delivery. Their website makes that process extremely easy. I delayed it solely because it's so soon after the holidays when the freezer is full of leftovers. It has nothing to do with not enjoying the fish; it's still high quality, packaged in good portions, the variety is great, and easy to defrost and cook. Look forward to an emptier freezer and next delivery.
I placed an order for a Christmas gift last year and got a gift card for myself which I forgot about.
When I went to use the gift card, I discovered that they have changed their business model to a subscription service.
I had a $50 gift card and wanted to spend $116.00. I was shocked when they told me I would have to spend $199 for them to honor my $50 gift card. This is extortion and sad to discover they are Not an honest company.
They are a subscription service located in Upstate NY. Their website is antiquated and their customer service is nonexistent. They do not answer phone calls and only respond to emails if you are lucky.
I would rather order from Fisherman directly at the source. I called Wild Alaska Salmon and they answered their phone and could not have been more helpful. Unfortunately, my Christmas order will not arrive until after the new year because I waited for Sea to Table to respond to my calls and emails.
I've ordered from Sea to Table several times. With previous orders there were no issues; however, they completely dropped the ball on my most recent order. After waiting one week for it to arrive, I emailed the company to say I hadn't yet received it. A few hours later I received an automated email informing me that a shipping label had just been created. So, it's obvious they lost the order. It might never have shipped if I hadn't written to them. I requested a partial refund. They sent me a coupon code for $25 toward my next order. I'm quite dissatisfied with this experience and will look for a more reliable online supplier of sea food.
The fish are very fresh and delicious and the order came when promised.
The quality of Sea to Table's fish is always very good. I've given it as a present to several people and they've loved it too. Plus Sea to Table has good customer service, both by email and phone. I've always gotten a quick resolution to issues, including having new orders sent out when packages have gone astray.
The salmon and Halibut lacked a little flavor, but it was good. Shipping was great. Plan on ordering more.
The fish is delicious. Delivery was quick. Very happy with this company. I’ve bought fish online from several places and Sea to Table is the best I’ve had so far.
I just received my first shipment and cannot give a full review, but the shipment arrived solidly frozen with plenty of dry ice left. I've eaten one portion of the cod, which was very good indeed.
Fish is always good. Unfortunately the scallops had thawed due to late delivery by vendor and I had to ask for a refund.
Always always receive the best seafood! Quick shipment, always frozen solid, packaged neatly and stores easily in the freezer without taking up much room! I really like that!
Excellent taste every time. Thankful for their great service!
First of all, the customer service is wonderful! My order was delayed a couple of days because it was so close to the weekend and Sea to Table did not want the shipment sitting for a time in a warehouse. The company was in constant contact with me. I cooked the Pacific Cod last night and it was so delicious, the texture was incredible! I can't wait to try the salmon and shrimp!
