I ordered two items on preorder, which they shipped separately. They did not arrive within each other's return windows, which ended up costing me $20 per item to return (absurd). The items were listed online as being 100% cotton, only to arrive being made out of a very shiny, poor quality synthetic. The areas where the synthetic met the lace were covered in loose threads, and the fabric was fraying before I even put it on. Very cute design, but incredibly disappointed in the quality.

Terrible experience. I strongly advise international customers not to order from this website.

A mistaken order was placed accidentally by my 2-year-old daughter, and I contacted customer service literally one minute after the purchase to request a cancellation. Despite this, they refused to cancel the order. This level of rigidity is extremely frustrating and completely unreasonable.

They are willing to ship an international package that I already stated I will refuse, which makes no sense and only creates unnecessary costs and complications for customers especially those ordering from abroad.

This kind of purchasing policy is very rare among brands in this price range. Most companies offer at least a short cancellation window, especially before shipment. Their refusal shows a lack of flexibility and consideration for customers.

Very disappointing experience. This definitely does not make me want to order from them again, and I would caution others particularly international buyers to think twice before purchasing. 😤🚫

horrible customer service and returns policy. I wish I read the reviews on yelp and trustpilot before making a purchase here. On top of everything, they blatantly culturally appropriate traditional styles from other cultures without ever giving credit or reference to the cultures they’re ripping off. at least say you’re inspired by something! 2023-2024 dresses, blouses and jacket styles directly taken from another brand.

Terrible customer service, and extremely high taxes if you order from Europe! Don’t!

I ordered a size small dress according to their size chart, and also because I have other dresses by them. When the dress came in too small for me to zip up, they acted like it was my problem. When I measured the dress and it was 4 inches smaller in the bust then the measurements for a small on THEIR size chart, they ghosted me. They sent me a defective dress and have been giving me attitude the whole time I've been trying to get a refund for their lie/mistake. That snobby NY fashion attitude is so passe. No one gives a damn about NY.

You really should inform your customers regarding taxes on your shipments. Today i was charged 1.297 DKK for a shipment on a product from you.
