Crazy tax but a great service from SDLT

I was referred to SDLT by our solicitor and filled in the form accordingly. It turned out through inheritance that our kids had inherited a share in a property which made the SDLT calcuation much more complicated. SDLT and Ben, in partciular, were superb at helping to navigate the complexities of this crazy tax on mobility. Highly recommend their services.

Very easy process to follow and a very…

Very easy process to follow and a very knowledgable team in the background to provide the assistance.

We had a complex case and it helped ensure we got to the correct amount of stamp duty payable.

takes the stress off when you are…

takes the stress off when you are unsure on what to advise the client regarding Stamp Duty. It is very qucik and easy to use and takes only a couple of seconds to send out which is great for a conveyancer like me.

The professional help given.

The professional help given. The help of this organisation is essential to ensure that you do not pay more of this totally unfair tax imposed on ordinary people just trying to move house for personal reasons, and not buy a holiday home etc.. I understand there are many people who have overpaid this tax due to incorrect assessments!

SDLT Check has been great

SDLT Check has been great for us and our clients. It has taken the risk away from the firm having to calculate the liability and given clients a platform to answer the questions with detailed assistance knowing help is only at the end of the phone. The smart questions also help greatly as it means clients only need to answer questions which are relevant. The team at SDLT Check have been on the end of the phone and emails to answer all of our teething questions too.

Great Product

Great Product - Easy to use

Great Service

Great Service
I have been working along side Capex for a few years now. I have found to staff to be very helpful and will go out there way to help myself or any Clients.
They are very professional and knowledgeable.
The system is very simple to use yet still very informative.
I like that this is compliant for CQS requirements aswell as being a great addition to help take some pressure off me for giving advice.

Added value and risk management for clients and Conveyancers

The system and team are responsive and helpful (many thanks to Ben Gatford and Dave McDowell). The process is simple for clients and us and gives us excellent risk management, compliance with CQS etc and peace of mind whilst offering real added value to our clients
