Scammers Alert!

They charged my card without any subscription and are not refunding my money back although I haven't used any credits.

The scrapping is WORST of all it take MONTHS to load and give empty lists.

It's my request to anyone using this platform. You'll have to block your card only then they'll leave you. They'll charge your card unauthorized, took over $800 from me.

This is the Best best website among i used for linkedin scrapping. It scraps data efforlessky with out any extra effort for finding. Automatic campaign creation and scrapping is the best feature.

Horrible customer service...nobody answers for days and when they do answer you, they disappear again...

EDIT: They actually fixed my issue and gave me all the credits back plus told me I was able to use the records pulled by accident (I don't need them anyway but it was a nice gesture). This turned around my opinion about their service. I still think their response rate is not the fastest but after all, due to how they handled the situation, it was a positive experience.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Their support is awful. I'm not sure if it was a misclick or a glitch but they exported 800 accounts I did not want to export. I asked them to delete those accounts and give the credits back, they take a really long time to answer, answer in broken English and ask questions like "what does your billing page say?" They should know what my billing page says since they are the company I'm using. As of now they still haven't fixed my issue. If they at least delete those accounts and give the credits back I will edit my review.

Very good and i love the email verification method and the mails extracted with scrupp doesn't bounce back

The company can't provide proper invoices which are valid by EU law. They don't add their own address, don't write taxes which they take, don't add a invoice number.

The support is the worst. They don't understand anything and are not helpful at all. Also they ignore messages and only answer if asked repeatedly.

Worst support ever 3 days i try to have someone to talk . 15000 credit i cant use . The enrichissement doesn t work . Just losing time and patience . Go away
