Disappointing experience with the scientific review service
I had requested a scientific review, but the feedback focused largely on minor language edits that any LLM could have done for free.
Much of the "scientific" advice was simply a rehash of the journal’s submission guidelines copied from their website....
This was not what I expected from this service, and I would not recommend it to others.

New function is encouraged
Easy to access, which is great. Efficient.
But hard to choose same editor next time. And it will be better if there's mutual communication involved, as new function. Ai appa would grab some market volume of Scibendi. So creative function is encouraged. Thanks.

Given my positive previous experience
Given my positive previous experience, I would have expected more substantial suggestions regarding sentence structure. Instead, I ended up spending almost €200 for what amounted to a purely superficial correction of a single word and the replacement of just three words

Great customer service
In the title the was a clear mistake software was written in small s. Also I didn't notice any changes to the manuscript and no suggestions were made. I liked your word proofreading more than latex. The proofreader said they made suggestions to the graphs but I found nothing.
Edit: the issue was resolved promptly.
