The quality of the edits and proofreading was amazing. Very clear, professional and kind communication from the proofreader.

Never followed my guideline and made changes to meaning. In second review was confirmed and still took my 500 dollars for a two day turn around review. What a joke!

First time experience with a copy editing service
Extremely pleased with the copy editing done on my non-fiction book. I truly needed a different set of professional eyes reviewing my work. All recommendations (and there were a lot) were, as the British would say, spot-on.

You could see the effort
I was a bit concerned if I pay for another company just screening and improving my text with an AI software but I am pretty sure that it was not the case. I could easilly see from the couple hundred comments and numerous improvements on the sentences that my (human) proofreader had really put a lot of effort and time on my dissertation manuscript. Thank you so much for the help.
