Scrapbookcom Recensioni

I do love this site. I can find almost anything I need. Most of the items I have received have been great and 5 star rated. Questions I ask are quickly answered. Items are well packed and arrive in good shape. I think the cards with the packer's initials and quote about crafting are cute and make me smile. What I wish would improve is the discount codes. It seems like every time I order, I am sent a better code than I used. The other thing that needs to be improved is shipping cost. I can find things on other sites, that have reward programs (eg: Catherine Pooler's site), and pay less for shipping. As much as I would like to order from just SBC, I need to find the best overall pricing. My average wait time for an order once placed is 10 days, which is OK since it's going across country, but for the cost I wish it was faster.

I love Scrapbook.com! They have an excellent selection to choose from when it comes to products from a wide range of manufacturers in the crafting world. My orders always come promptly and as described.

Super fast dispatch and delivery of quality craft supplies. Would have no hesitation in recommending Scrapbook.com. Everything I have received has arrived promptly and been excellently packaged. It’s great to have cutting edge supplies at the click of a button. Constantly fresh ideas

Found what I was looking for could not find in UK was easy to purchase and fast delivery and not overpriced definitely would use again quality was excellent and not overpacked for sending 😀

Love the products.

The item came timely, but I wish it came with how to use it

Good slection, at good prices.

Best international shipping rates I've found so far making shopping from this store viable. Items arrived in 8 days. I can't get that speed from our domestic online stores. So with the huge range of items and brands this really is a one stop shop for my crafting needs.

The website is very user-friendly, and they carry an impressive range of stamps, dies, cardstock, and more. I really appreciate the fair pricing and the regular coupons, which make it easy to stock up on tools. Shipping is fast!

Great price, fast shipping & easy website to navigate!

Found what I needed easily. Prices were good. Enjoying creating books of memories with my new supplies

They do a great job in packaging their individual sheets of scrapbook paper. They always arrive perfect!

I received my order in good condition & within a reasonable time period. I finished using one of my items to create cards that I will donate for Creative Kindness.

Quick shipping. Good service.

One of my items ordered doesn't work or I can't get it open. It was the Craft Glue Pen. No glue comes out and I'm assuming that if I could get the cover open, there may be a foil over it to take off. But I even tried opening it with a pliers and that didn't work. Is there a way of getting a replacement or refunding money for that item?

By letting me know when it should arrive. Then you let me know my order is on the way. Then when it’s been delivered or not, I can contact you. Very helpful! Thank you !

variety of items, good prices and quick shipping. Also like the lives each day that demos/explains the products
