Scouse Bird Shop Recensioni

I purchased the peppermint shampoo bar and conditioner and wooden boxes. They are good so far. I also bought the set of 10 reed diffusers not tried them yet but fab way to give you the chance to try before you buy. And I got Ambar Zen Air & Fabric Spray – Amber & Cedar it's amazing. Love it will be ordering it again. Plus I get a diary every year for myself and my future daughter-in-law we both love all it's fab features.

As always a perfect service, well packaged with speedy delivery. I'm made up, thank you 😊

I was sent the completely wrong item ! And no one replying back to me if I wanted avesi I would if gone too savers !!.rather than inform me that it was not in stock or offer a refund just sent a random product out no good

Lovely cleaning items which smell heavenly, sent quickly and well packed. A pleasure to deal with. The diaries are fab too.

Yet again Scouse bird never fails to deliver

Nice one xx

Always buy this disinfectant great scent, well packaged and arrived promptly

So easy to order. Processed really quickly and kept up to date with delivery (which was really quick).
I ordered 2 charms and they are great even coming with bolt ring and a lobster clasp. Highly recommended and would order again.

Great stuff

What a fantastic company .Some of the products were not in stock that I ordered and instead of a quick email the company rang me to give options .I opted to wait for said products to be back in stock .I received them earlier than originally thought so they must have sent my order immediately as soon as restocked. They also sent me a stunning journal as a freebie.I first brought off them from a market stall many years ago and now look at them ,very well deserved .I wish I could give a extra 5 stars for customer service.

I’ve followed Scousebird for years. Shopped here for a few. Nothings ever been a disappointment. The products are epic, the service exceptional, postage free and eco packaging and it’s shopping small and local.

Great ordering experience & quick delivery.
Boss products 🥰

So happy with my purchase. My home smells divine with my new Roomoi reed diffuser in the celestial gardenia fragrance. Its comes in a lovely bottle and would make an ideal gift for some special. Will definitely be trying some of the other fragrances.Had an excellent service from beginning to end with fantastic communication.

Have ordered from Steph a few times and I’m really impressed with the products and the service she provides. Items are dispatched quickly and delivered really well packaged. Any questions are answered by Steph quickly. My most recent purchase was an Italian diffuser (Alambra) which is huge and highly scented and makes the whole room smell amazing. Would definitely recommend this product and this company.

I always order my cleaning products from here and I love trying any new scents.

I ordered the baby fragrance- I don’t think I’ll order this again , nothing to do with the service as it was amazing I don’t feel like it leaves the clothes smelling as fresh.

However I did get the Forrest scent in the multipurpose spray floor cleaner and laundry detergent and I love it !!

And I also got a free diary - who can complain with that !!

First class service and good value for money. I absolutely love Spanish cleaning and laundry products as I used to live in Spain. I got alot for my Money, free and fast delivery and a nice little gift in my parcel which was really well packed. I will definitely be buying from here again.

Extremely quick delivery, diary is fab, love it

The Scouse bird diary is fab! I got one for my daughter too 🩷

I was looking for the fresh laundry smell found on Spanish linen in particular. Whilst this is a very good product, suits sensitive skin and removes stains it doesn’t quite have the lingering fragrance I was looking for.

Love getting my Spanish cleaning supplies from Steph. My favourite is the Colonia range. Great service and quick delivery. I even got a free diary with my order.
