Scott is an absolutely incredible tutor. My daughter worked with him in Year 11 to prepare for her GCSEs and went from a grade 5 to a grade 7—she was absolutely thrilled with the results, and so were we!!
During this time we also discovered she had Dyscalculia which Scott supported and made provision for. Of course extra exam time due to the diagnosis supported the grade change but no way would that alone have been responsible for a 2 grade difference and a renewed love of Maths!
Scott is really approachable, so reliable and flexible, and he has a lovely way of making his students feel comfortable and proud of their achievements. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Plus, it’s really impactful to have a tutor who’s not so far removed from the pupil—they’ve recently been through the process themselves, which makes them far more relatable and reassuring during what can be a stressful time.
