I have an issue with two pending charges when only submitted payment once. There should only be one pending charge per submission. The additional charge is unnecessary. Besides that simple site.

Didn't know they signed me up. Canceling ASAP
Was signed up by another company. I did not ask for the service and now its on me to cancel before they charge me loads of money I don't have.

It's a good tool for getting free credit reports
It is very important to get on top of your credit reports and this site has given me all three reports from the 3 reporting companies and it is supposed to be free so, I'll find out when the 7 day trial is over.

I wanted to see what my credit scores…
I wanted to see what my credit scores were, because I hadn't checked it in a while. I put in my information and got what I needed. It didn't take a lot of time and it was fast and the information I received was about what I expected, actually a little better.
