As others have already said, they have very unsafe products and unacceptable customer service.
My son’s scooter was bought for Christmas 2024. I paid just under £100.
It worked for 3 months then stopped suddenly.
E mails to the company led to a lengthy e mail conversation where they tried to establish the problem.
They then sent me a new battery for it which clearly wasn’t the problem as sparks were coming from
It when I tried to charge it.
They were adamant I could change the battery myself which I attempted with no success. This is not a simply battery and had been glued in place and had loose wires hanging out etc.
at this point they sent me a label so I could return the product free of charge which I have done for so called repairs. I heard nothing from them
And when chasing them
Again recently I have been told that my product has serious damages and can they send me a 90 %used item.
I have consistently asked for my money back but they never comment on that just keep trying to stall me.
It is a strange website as they do continue to communicate but I feel this issue will never get resolved and I am very upset to have not only lost £100 but my sons Christmas present is no longer here.
The person or e mail I communicate with is clearly in China although the address I sent the product to was Birmingham.
The whole thing is very dodgy

I purchased a £90 hoverboard for my 9 year old on the 10th July 25. Within a week it started continuously beeping and stopped working. I have now sent 8 emails to the apparent customer services contact and called the mobile number loads of times with no reply. Like previous comments below, it’s highly frustrating.
My husband’s going to visit the address they apparently use as given on their website- we will see!
I’m really disappointed with the customer service from Scoot4Kids. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them since January about a faulty front wheel on the scooter I purchased at the end of November as a Christmas present for my daughter. Shockingly, the wheel cracked the second time she used it, which is incredibly unsafe – especially for a product meant for children.
I’ve sent countless emails, including photos of the damage, and despite all my efforts, I’ve had zero response. This level of customer service is unacceptable, particularly when the product is faulty and still within the 12-month warranty.
I’ve now sent one final email today in hopes of finally getting a resolution, but I’m absolutely fuming. I paid over £100 for a scooter that’s barely been used and is already unusable. It’s honestly disgraceful that I’ve been ignored for months – I wouldn’t be surprised if they wait until the warranty expires to respond.
I’m sharing this review to warn others: the scooter quality was not what I expected, and the aftercare has been non-existent.
Do not bother ordering from this website I ordered 2 scooters for My kids before Christmas they got deliverd to a complete different address I contacted both scoot4kids and dpd straight away to let them no it was not my address they deliverd them to was told there would be a investigation now we are the end of February and still nothing so I'm £300 down and no scooters I ordered the beginning of December
I purchased a scooter from here for my son, however I changed me mind and tried to return straight away. I emailed them to request a return as it states on their website however they will not sent out a return label and just keep offering me £20 back and to keep the scooter (I have had this 4 times as every time I email them they respond the same) this has been going on for nearly 4 weeks now and I am getting nowhere. I would recommend against using scoot4kids at all code due to extremely poor customer service
Was very skeptical when I placed my order, couldn’t find much information on the company and was very worried I had been scammed.. however, what a fantastic transaction, ordered Monday and today scooter arrived. Haven’t sent up
