My name is Sean, I manage the Scitscat Music Website and Orders. Your Order, Order # 1272, was cancelled and blocked by Shopify, for the following reasons: Your Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, Credit Card details, are related to fraudulent orders observed in the past by the Shopify. This was NOT our decision, like we discussed with you multiple times on the phone and via email, this was a Shopify decision. You are upset with the wrong company.

In terms of your Invoice you requested, we send all of our invoices through Shopify, through their Draft Order system. However, after sending to you 5 different times, we were notified by Shopify, that the Invoices are blocked because your account is FRAUDULENT.
Your Account Information = Your Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, Credit Card Information is Flagged by Shopify to be Fraudulent. Why YOU are flagged as Fraudulent? No idea, that is not our decision, that is up to Shopify's Fraud Tracker.
ALL orders and payments on our website are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information, at all. Since Shopify is the Credit Card processor, all of that information is stored securely by them and only them.
You purchased on 12/11/2020 at 11:35 PM EST, and your order was cancelled and refunded on 12/11/2020 at 2:34 PM EST. According to Shopify's Help Center here - https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/payments/shopify-payments/faq#how-long-do-i-have-to-issue-a-refund.
It states:
"How long does it take for my customer to get refunded?
Approximately 5–10 business days. Although we submit any refund that you make to your customer's bank immediately, your customer's bank must still process the refund and apply it to their account. Processing time can vary between banks."
Your refund was received back to you within 72-Business Hours/3-Days, according to Shopify's Order # 1272.
You called regarding the Invoice not being received on December 15th, I spoke to you personally. I did hit resend multiple times on this Invoice, however, when you called back I was on the other line and you did NOT leave any voicemails or a call-back number, so I was unable to call you back, since your number was blocked. Without a voicemail or a message, we were unable to return your call.
Again, all of your issues were completely false and defamatory. Your account is flagged as FRAUDULENT. Shopify blocked the invoice to you, because your account is FRAUDULENT.
