We have not received all items. We have reached out. We were told there was a notification sent to us about a delay. I have researched, but never received anything. Can not give a review on product as of now. I do not know if the product works as of yet. No contact phone number. Only correspondence has been by email. Could not give a time frame on when we will receive the stand.
It only arrived two days ago and have not tasted yet, however with packaging, how it looks visually and the information brochures which came with It, I am satisfied. Fingers crossed for the future, I hope I will have good results and the cap lasts very long.
I had been really enjoying my body pad. Unfortunately, some of the bulbs had burned out after having it a short time. I reached out to customer service, and Bonnie responded immediately and sent me a new one. It is rare to see such great Customer service like this anymore. I am excited to receive my new one and continue to enjoy the body pad! Thank you, Bonnie!
Originally the electrical connection was faulty and the company sent both a new pad and electrical components. My husband was dealing with Bonnie on that issue, and once it was resolved I had several questions. I found the instrucrions very vague, and Bonnie answered promptly and with clarity
I’ve only been using the pad for about two weeks consistantly and will be happy to comment in the coming weeks after recognizing improvements.

After I purchased my Scienlodic red light therapy slippers I sent an email with questions I had about the different phases of therapy for particular issue.
I received An email back in a timely manner that answered all my questions.
And yet again, I sent a second email about a malfunction in one of the slippers.

I am 36 and a very athletic active person.I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis and have had two previous back surgeries.My red light therapy pad has truly changed my way of life.I use the pad in the evenings while I am laying down reading before bed or even during the day while I have to be on the computer. I love how I can lay it flat to stretch across my spine and also on other areas of the body for I feel it has helped tremendously with circulation and the many aches I use to have due to auto immune problems.I travel often and its so easy to pack and helps me have an all around better sleep! I cant live without this thing.

I am very pleased with this SciVive Hair+ Pro Near Infrared + Red Light Therapy Cap. I have tried a few different ones now and this has been by far the best choice. I like the pink color, what girl wouldn’t?! I like how easy it is to put on the head and off without pulling the hair or causing the hair to get messy. It feels like great quality overall and it does last about 5-7 days before it needs to be charged, and even then it only takes a little less than 2 hours to fully charge. So many rechargeable items take much longer and quite frankly, that’s one negative to these types of items. But again, this one isn’t like that! I’ve had it for exactly 2 months and so far it’s wonderful. Of course with any product it can take up to a year to be 100% sure of its quality, but so far so good and I would recommend this.

Bonnie at the company has been great answering my questions. The pamphlet which came with the product is not helpful. I have contacted Bonnie 2 times to get information that should have been provided when I purchased the product.

I really love the product-it does seem to be helping with skin transformation as well as body tightening. I have been combining the consistent use of the Body Pad Plus with diet and exercise, but feel it definitely has been contributing to successful results. I can even visually see the difference as well as feel improvement physically and on therapeutic levels. I especially want to compliment the customer service.🌟They have gone above and beyond with providing excellent communication and after-purchase care. This purchase was worth the investment, and I do not regret taking the chance. 5 stars!!

Scienlodic did contact me and honor their warranty after my first review of their company and product. The new red light therapy mat was upgraded with a heavy plastic covering. I’m guessing that’s to protect the lights themselves, but it does make the mat a little uncomfortable because of my body sticking to the plastic. I love the pain relief of red light therapy, so my hope is that this new mat will last longer than a month!

I purchased 2 wraps and I am a believer. I purchased one for my husband who was quite skeptical. He used it 4 or 5 sessions for knee pain and he was surprised to find relief. We are saving for a larger panel for overall body treatment.

I have been using the Therapad for 2 weeks and have noticed an improvement with mood almost immediately. I have also noticed a small improvement in my back pain. I will update as I continue to use the therapad. Also, the customer service has been fast and responsive.

I’ve had my mat for a month and am very careful with it as this was an important and expensive purchase for me. I use it 2-3 times a week for severe inflammation, until yesterday when half of the lights went out. I’m so disappointed because I felt it was working to relieve some of my symptoms. I haven’t received a response to my email and of course there is no number to call to seek a quick replacement. I’m skeptical a replacement mat will even last and am considering asking for a refund and finding a longer lasting product with easier customer service. I hope they will honor the warranty if I can get a response.
