As they promised amazing service, well I most definitely got it! It was my first experience ever moving overseas and it was a bit of a time crunch for me because I had accepted my promotion last minute. Having to move out on time and finding a moving company that I could trust was stressful, to say the least, but I'm glad I ran into Schmidt. The wonders of the internet I tell ya! From being at my condo on earlier than expected to packing almost EVERYTHING for me, it was smooth sailing and carefully packaged. They moved quick, but were organized the entire time. They worked as a team too, so as one would focus more on the bigger appliances and breaking them down, the other was able to pack my fragile items, for instance, all of my art, lamps, sculptures, vanity mirror, and a ton more. It was incredible service and a huge help to me. Well worth it!

Finding a good international moving company is a so much harder than finding a good local mover. Glad we finally I found Schmidt International after calling around and searching online. They got my families things shipped to Italy safely and carried out all details that were promised in the beginning. Paying upfront for a move was a new experience for us and a bit nerve wracking to be honest but I later realized that's the norm with shipping over seas. Schmidt helped with packing, customs forms, and all heavy lifting. Their moving affiliate team in Italy was just as good as the movers we used in the start.

It's very difficult finding a good International moving company to put your trust in. I got quotes from a bunch of different place all at different price points. My goal wasn't just trying to find the most affordable, but to find a place with a lot experience. That was the hardest part to figure out. It took research and some asking around but Schmidt ended up being the best option for me. They were easy to speak with over the phone and completely upfront with pricing. I needed everything to arrive in 3 weeks or less and they were able to meet my needs. The shipment arrived in great shape and the movers at the other end were very professional. No Complaints.

I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous during the move. I was but when everything arrived in perfect shape. I went from nervous to thrilled!! They connected me with some great movers that they're partnered with at the other end. Everything was unwrapped for me once inside my new place. All furniture was arranged until I was happy.
