Good customer service
I had a mishap with a product damaged with shipping but customer service acted quickly and were able to resolve my issue in less than 1 hour of placing a complaint.
Shipping information gets sent almost immediately after ordering and I have been able to try expensive fragrances for a small fraction compared to purchasing a full bottle.
I am happy with the fast customer service and I will be ordering from them in the future.
