Predatory business practices

Was a good product. But they don't have a button to unsubscribe. You need to email them to cancel your subscription with over 24 hours notice according to their website. I tried to cancel my subscription 10 days before my order was shipped and they still charged me. Buyer beware. Scammy business practice that tries to make leaving harder

I received my 1st order and they are…

I received my 1st order and they are impossible to use for older people -hard to hold. The scents were yucky - I cancelled supposedly but nope. See I was charged $39.99 again and being sent 3 more. I’ll try these 3 since I’m stuck and see how they work out. But when someone cancels and you were told it has been done DO NOT keep charging and sending shit

Being Ignored

I have contacted Scentbird several times to cancel a subscription that I never signed up for they ignored me,I am out of pocket by £104-23 as although they keep sending me obnoxious items that I have never opened I believe they are scammers and give fake re

I honestly regret trying Scentbird

I honestly regret trying Scentbird. The whole appeal is that you’re supposed to get access to designer fragrances, but what I actually received felt like a random, unknown brand I’ve never heard of. It’s misleading at best.

If you’re advertising premium or designer perfumes, that’s exactly what customers expect—not substitutes or lesser-known labels slipped in without clear communication. It just feels like a bait-and-switch.

Customer trust matters, and this experience definitely didn’t live up to the promise. I won’t be renewing.

Didn’t enjoy this whole perfume subscription thing seems like a rip off I’d advice actually buying the actual perfume.

It was not the one I picked yall disregarded my queue and gave me a scent that was not part of my profile. I threw it in the trash.
