Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ich habe mich heute aus meiner Wohnung ausgeschlossen und den Schlüsseldienst angerufen. Der Monteur war schon nach ca. 20 Minuten da und hat meine Tür wirklich ruckzuck geöffnet – ohne unnötiges Rumprobieren oder Schnickschnack. Der Preis war mit 90 Euro absolut fair und günstig im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Anbietern.

Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich seine Freundlichkeit: super nett, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und insgesamt sehr angenehm. Ich habe mich richtig gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Ich kann diesen Schlüsseldienst wirklich nur empfehlen und würde ihn jederzeit wieder anrufen.

Ich hatte die Schuhe schon vor ca 2 Wochen zurückgeschickt. Erst auf mehrmalie Mahnungen per email wurde jetzt heute eine Zahlung per paypal geleistet, die aber seltsamerweise erst bis Montag!!27.01. abgeschlossen sein muss. Normalerweise geht so eine Rückzahlung über paypal doch sofort. Das nervt einfach.
Hoffentlich wird das Geld am Montag endlich wirklich gutgeschrieben.
Eine andere Rückgabe verlief übrigens vorher problemlos. deshalb auch drei Sterne.
Die Lieferungen kamen schnell.

Also ich kann die negativen Bewertungen zum Glück nicht nachvollziehen. Die Schuhe wurden super schnell geliefert und die Rücksendung und Rückerstattung wurden so schnell bearbeitet wie noch nie. Werde da sicher nochmal bestellen.

Nicht zu empfehlen, habe für meine Frau Schuhe bestellt. Habe auch eine Bestellbestätigung bekommen. Nach 3 Tagen habe ich mal gefragt wann die Schuhe versendet werde. Dann habe ich die Antwort bekommen das die Schuhe vergriffen sind.

I like the selection. for shipping to the United States they have all stated except California? Wonder why.

Contacted scarparosa.com for a replacement of lost tassels on my fox boots that I recently purchased on their website.
Got their response “we will be in contact with you”,
and that was 3 months ago.
Beware, customer service will not help you!

Too bad this online outlet (scarparossa.com)for quality Italian made shoes is not accessible to residents of US. Sure, you can order and have the shoes shipped. They will arrive promptly, and for a shipping charge of 30 euros. However, you will NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN them, without spending upwards of $400 for shipping without a DHL account. The return policy for residents of US is VERY misleading. They should provide affordable return shipment, even if there is a charge for it. Also, the equivalent sizing for US was not completely accurate, and there is wide variation in how the European sized shoes fit. So being able to try on several pairs and then return is mandatory. Very disappointed , not in the quality of my purchase, but in the very poor customer service for US residents.

Many items are out of stock, and you'll know about only when you open the parcel from them. Paid for 5, got only 3 items, money refund is looong time waiting. Zero communication company, if you have some questions emailed, you'll get no answer or robot e-mail, or some stupid answer don't resolving the problem.

Die Lieferung war schnell und problemlos, aber die Rücksendung ist sehr umständlich. Man muss erst ein Formular ausfüllen, welches man der Rücksendung beilegt und dann über DHL das Rücksendelabel ausdrucken. Muss man sich erst mal durch alles durcharbeiten, bis man es hat...Andere Onlineshops sind hier viel kundenfreundlicher und schicken das Rücksende-Etikett direkt mit.
