Unfortunately, after multiple empty promises from this brand, I would never purchase another product.

Non stick pan decided to become a everything will stick pan. I contacted them according to the life long warranty… yeah sure.

I have had multiple pans from scanpan. I use the pans myself, clean them myself according to the instructions however when I experienced issues, they can somehow from a photo (that almost looks like a brand new pan after many years) see that it has been exposed to excessive heat. Same excuse I was given previous time for a complete unrelated issue.

Previous time I just never gave up and they eventually sorted the issue. Sick and tired of having to fight to get support.

Terrible quality, the saucepans are marked after one use and the metal is coming off, pitting inside the pots. See other reviews. Scanpan has been rude to customers that have left negative reviews claiming they are not cleaning them properly and their customers love them. We don't. Have been a buying Scanpan for years and the latest quality is below the Australian Standards. Hold on to your old pots and don't upgrade.

Scampan. Poor quality, the HaptIQ-range can't even handle plastic utensils. And forget about the warranty, they will not honour it.

My husband purchased the Scanpan Impact Set for Mother's Day this year - 2025. I've never experienced such insults from the supplier of Scanpan in Australia. I've been cooking with stainless steel cookware for 40 years and never had a problem, not even with my inexpensive stainless steel pans. Scanpan was an expensive purchase and also the worst purchase we've ever made. We should have read reviews before buying. Several of the pots in the set have been marked after only one use. I couldn't get them clean, even using Scanpan's methods. Scanpan supplier in Australia wasn't helpful at all. I sent them photos and the purchase receipt, as they requested. They say the same thing to all customers who have made claims (read the reviews). I believe the material used is of poor quality, otherwise why is my $20 pot bought 40 years ago still in great condition and Scanpan's stainless steel pots have marked after only ONE use as per their instruction manual. I hope this is read by others. Don't waste your hard earned money on Scanpan.

Here are the two positives: 1) they are relatively safe, resilient “nonstick” pans, 2) they distribute heat relatively evenly. Other than that, they are 100% not worth their high price point—and in fact, knowing what I now know about them, you couldn’t pay me to use them. I regret ever having bought them. They are high-maintenance, labor intensive, and do not function as “nonstick” pans unless you baby them according to the specific set of guidelines outlined by the company. Any deviation from this regimen will result in foods sticking to them worse than they would in a plain stainless-steel pan. The worst is trying to scramble eggs in them. What a demoralizing mess, and a horrible cooking experience. Unnecessary stress, brought to you by Scanpan. The company claims that food sticking is a sign that food and oil residue has built up on them from previous use and therefore recommends scrubbing and washing them thoroughly with a sponge or abrasive brush after each use will prevent this. Yup, did that. If that doesn’t work, they say, then add baking soda and water to them, bring the solution to a simmer for five minutes, turn off the heat and let it sit for half an hour, then repeat if necessary. Yup, did that. Made no difference. Same result: a scrambled egg breakfast turned into scraping and scrubbing off maybe two eggs worth of a stubborn, pan-wide layer of egg stuck to the bottom of the pan. Customer service was dismissive of my complaint, insisting that all I had to do was do the baking soda thing multiple times and also scrub it with a product called Barkeeper’s Friend. Again, so wonderfully specific! Basically, keeping your Scanpan in functional condition is like a part-time job. There was no acknowledgement of this or accountability from customer service—just a perfunctory, “Okay, I understand, have a nice day.” If you think keeping a cast-iron skillet seasoned and in good condition is a high-maintenance endeavor, try using a Scanpan for a year—it’ll make upkeep of your cast-iron seem like nothing. If this review saves even just one person the exasperation that comes with owning this totally-not-worth-it, disgustingly overpriced, and deceptively marketed product, I will be overjoyed.

Aldrig har jeg oplevet noget lignende mega dårlig kvalitet samt dårlig service med mangel på respekt. Aldrig køb her!

Købte en termo drikkedunk til min datter.
Drikkedunken virker som fin kvalitet, men da den efter en forlænget weekend havde ligget i hendes skoletaske (på langs) lugtede den helt forfærdeligt af skimmel, da jeg skruede låget.
Det viste sig, at proppen var fyldt med gammelt vand, som man ikke kan få ud og jo ihvertfald slet ikke rengøre.
Jeg har smidt drikkedunken ud, da jeg jo ikke ved hvad der vokser inde i proppen. Virkelig ulækkert!
Ringede til kundeservice, som overhovedet ikke ville anerkende problematikken, da de aldrig havde hørt det før.
Tilbød dokumentation i form af optagelse hvor man tydeligt hører vand i proppen. Blank afvisning.

Bestilte en Scanpan GTX med høye forhåpninger om at man endelig fikk en non-stick stekepanne som tålte litt mer. Falt totalt gjennom etter kort bruk. Til tross for at vi aldri vasket den i oppvaskmaskin eller brukte metallredskaper (som de lover at den tåler uansett), eller varmet den raskt opp, så kom det riper og misfarging etter kort tid. Veldig nøye med å la pannen ligge beskyttet i skapet. De fraskriver seg alt ansvar og mener det er vår feil. Kjempeskuffelse, kjøp heller Tefal til halv pris.

Simpelthen så skuffet over deres kobbergryde, man brænder sig både på ørene og på låget. Da vi gik ned i den lokale butik og spurgte om dette kunne passe, blev vi mødt med den dårligst service jeg nogensinde har oplevet. Nu står vi med en gryder der ikke kan bruges vi langt fra anbefale Scanpans kobber gryder til nogen.

Belægningen er rusten efter få måneders brug og ting hænger fast, godt fast! Jeg bruger træredskaber, så der er tale om grundig vildledning. Det er en stor stegepande med tratanium belægning.
Meget skuffende!!
