Fast and Efficient
I mean if you’re used to big box sellers like Amazon and whoever this is an equally speedy and customer service driven seller. Scales are their thing and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. Direct from seller is one of the best ways to shop.

Scales Plus goes above and beyond!!
Scales Plus has amazing customer service and went the extra mile to help our non profit! I work in a non profit that serves people in crisis. We contacted scales plus because the scale we use in our warehouse stopped working. It is crucial to our warehouse operations and I wanted to check if it could be repaired since we purchased it about a year ago and could not afford a new one. The company we purchased it from was bought by Scales Plus. They helped every step of the way and went above and beyond to locate the warranty, repair the scale, and ship it back to us. They even donated a smaller scale for us to use as a back up in our warehouse. This has made a huge difference for us and we are very grateful! Scales Plus cares about their customers and I recommend them very highly!!!
