The first time I browsed on Sayers I was delighted with the quality and range of produce. I was looking for a special gift and I found it. I have used Sayers every time I need a special gift, now. From coming of age, to pregnancy, special Birthdays, right through to general occasional gifts in old age. I like my loved ones to feel as special as I did when I received my beautifully packaged jewellery from Sayers of London. Their excellent delivery service has been an added bonus.

I ordered two crystal highball glasses on a Monday and they arrived perfectly engraved on the Wednesday afterwards. Top quality glasses and excellent customer service dealing with my requests.

Ordered this necklace one day and it arrived the following day the quality is excellent for the price. The website is easy to use. All in all an excellent company to use.

I recently ordered silver cufflinks from Sayers London and am absolutely delighted with them. The website is easy to navigate, photos and product description excellent, ordering process really easy and delivery very prompt - what more can I say? I thoroughly recommend Sayers London.

I ordered an item from this company which I needed very quickly, I explained the urgency during the ordering process and the result was more than I could ever have hoped for.
I placed my order at 9am Monday and explained that I really needed my item by Thursday afternoon. My item arrived on Tuesday afternoon, less than 36 hours after I had placed my order and a full 48 hours before my (very tight) deadline.
Not only was their delivery super fast, but their customer service was excellent, a hand written "thank you" for my order written on my receipt. Finally the St Christopher necklace that I bought was excellent value for money, a quality piece of jewellery at a very reasonable price. My daughter has worn it constantly since it arrived, it has, by now travelled thousands of miles with her and judging by the photos it still looks as good as the day it arrived. Thank you Sayers of London and Thank you St Christopher for keeping our daughter safe on her travels.

Extremely helpful staff who gave me expert advice on the engraving of a silver gift. It arrived within 24hours of the order and although there was a small mistake in the engraving, it was rectified immediately when I phoned them, no quibbles, and a replacement was sent to me straight away.

I used Sayers to purchase some beautiful silver napkin rings as Christening Gifts for family and godchildren and had them engraved as well. The products were fantastic and presented in lovely boxes making them a special gift and the engraving was perfect.

I ordered the St Christopher and received a call from customer service the next day, to advise they could not engrave the charm,
but would we like a silver disc with our engraving on it. They were very pleasant and I received the order the next day. The presentation was lovely and the charm was exactly what we wanted. I will definitely use Sayers London again and tell my friends and family.

i ordered this on line and said what i wanted engraved on it ,i got call from Sayers to check over my order the lady on the phone was brilliant she advised me the order will be posted that day and i should receive in the next few days, it arrived next day, it was stunning the engraving was done perfectly, this was a wedding anniversary present for my husband he loves it never takes it off if you want a company that really cares for their customers and really helps them i can highly recommend them to anyone their products are fantastic their service is brilliant and good value for your money

I was delighted when I received the personalised hip flask for my partner. The engraving was outstanding, really beautiful, and the product itself a beautiful metal. The packaging really lifted the product further - a gorgeous, lined box, funnel and polishing wipe for the metal - it made it look like a lot more effort had been made by me(!), exceptional value.
I had a little issue with the screw cap, but the matter has been swiftly dealt with - I can not fault the service or the product. And I work in ecommerce so I know how much effort it takes to be that responsive and deliver good customer service.
My partner absolutely loved the product; a wonderful gift, and a delightful company.

I ordered a pair of sterling silver and lapis cufflinks as a birthday present for someone. we both picked out the cufflinks from the Sayers website and settled on it. I had no issues at all with the website, it was simple and easy to navigate and we instantly found what we were looking for. The same item was on sale on a couple of other big name brand sites but were horrendously expensive while Sayers was very reasonably priced. I placed the order and the check out was simple. And I got the delivery the next day! Amazing! I wasn't expecting it that quickly at all. It was exquisite, even more beautiful than the photo on the website. We both opened the present together and it really was wonderful. I didn't hear about Sayers before - only found it after a google search when I typed in what I was looking for. Very pleased with everything and I may return to you for Christmas shopping as well!
