Still not here Thursday lunchtime , so rang to check
if they had been dispatched , you looked at parcel tracking and told me the parcel was outfox delivery,and arrived mid afternoon.

Rectifying mistake
Saws UK delivered wrong size blade, I returned in person to factory. Staff were extremely friendly. And rectified whilst I waited.

We Found a Company on the internet who…
We Found a Company on the internet who sold Bandsaws.
Asked for some quotes for Bandsaws.
Asked if they had any alternatives Bandsaws, that they had in stock.
Found they had just the bandsaw we wanted.
Asked questions about it.
Paid the money for it
They delivered it.
It was a textbook purchase thanks to all the pictures and fast email communications.

Unfortunately, we are currently 2 staff down in the office and bank payments have not been reconciled. We pride ourselves with next day delivery and top customer service. Our Trustpilot reviews confirm this.
I personally apologise for this delay. Your blades were made up and picked up by Parcel Force this afternoon(08/02/24). Delivery will be tomorrow.
